Teaching the subject(s) as assigned by the school and according to the needs of individual students and groups of students;
Preparing and planning the lessons/ materials/ resources needed to support effective teaching; uploading the materials to the shared Drive folders;
Maintaining and managing the class and students' order and discipline in accordance with the school regulations;
Assessing and recording the students' progress systematically; preparing, presenting and communicating the reports on the students' progress, development, attainment and behaviors to parents and affected parties;
Undertaking placement test and streaming of students upon the school's request;
Taking pastoral duties, including but not limited to consulting students about the social matters, safe-guarding their health and safety, communicating with parents about the welfare of individual students, and alerting the appropriate parties to problems experienced by students to find out resolutions;
Assisting, advising, and cooperating with the school managers and other teachers in preparation, development and implementation of the syllabus, courses of study; teaching and learning materials, methods of teachings, assessment, professional development program, and pastoral care arrangements whenever required;
Establishing effective and healthy working relationship with colleagues, students and parents; communicating and cooperating with other staff to ensure the best interest of students and the school;
Contributing to the corporate life as well as the marketing and liaison activities of the school through full and effective participation in the school assemblies, meetings and events (including internal events organised in the evenings or at weekend);
Reviewing, assessing, and maintaining high standard of professional conduct and quality of the teaching and learning;
Participating in the school's PR activities upon request and allowing the school to use the teacher's image and information for PR purposes without claiming any additional pay;
Taking other work-related duties upon the school's request.

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Economics, or relevant fields;
A genuine interest in promoting and providing quality learning and teaching;
Strength of academic background, professional experience, interview performance, and references will be considered during the selection process.
